Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the "Terms") define the rules for using the FindSuppliers.today service (hereinafter — the "Service") provided at findsuppliers.today and its subdomains. Any use of the Service constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms constitute a public offer in accordance with applicable law.

1.2. The Service provides Users with tools to search and analyze information about manufacturers available from open sources.

1.3. Use of the Service is governed by these Terms and the Privacy Policy available at: findsuppliers.today/privacy.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. To use the full functionality of the Service, the User may need to register and create an account.

2.2. When registering, the User agrees to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

2.3. The User is responsible for the security of their login and password, as well as all actions taken using their account.

2.4. The Service may block or delete a User's account, or deny access to the Service, if the User violates these Terms or if the User's actions threaten the normal operation of the Service.

3. Terms of Service Use

3.1. The User agrees to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3.2. When using the Service, the User may not:

• Infringe the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights;
• Impersonate another person or representative of an organization without sufficient rights;
• Upload, store, publish, or distribute malicious software;
• Use automated scripts (bots, crawlers, etc.) to access the Service;
• Interfere with the operation of the Service;
• Use the Service for illegal activities.

3.3. The User acknowledges that the Service is provided "as is," without any warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information obtained through the Service;
• Warranties of uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service;
• Warranties that the Service meets specific User goals or expectations.

4. Payment and Pricing

4.1. The Service may be provided free of charge or on a paid basis in accordance with the User's chosen pricing plan.

4.2. The Service reserves the right to unilaterally change pricing plans. Changes are published on the Service at least 7 (seven) days before taking effect.

4.3. Payment for services is made on a 100% prepayment basis, unless otherwise agreed with the User.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All objects available through the Service, including design, text, graphics, databases, source code, and other objects (hereinafter — "Content"), are the exclusive property of the Service or third parties.

5.2. Use of the Content, or any other Service elements, is only permitted within the functionality offered by the Service. No Service elements may be used otherwise without prior permission from the rights holder.

5.3. The Service grants the User a non-exclusive right to use search results obtained through the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided all authorship notices are preserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Service is not responsible for:

• Any losses, including lost profits, that the User may suffer as a result of using or being unable to use the Service;
• The accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of information obtained through the Service;
• Actions of third parties, including other Service users;
• Service interruptions caused by technical issues, third-party actions, or force majeure;
• Any damage caused to the User's device as a result of using the Service.

6.2. Under no circumstances shall the Service be liable to the User or any third parties for indirect, incidental, or unintentional losses, including lost profits, business interruptions, loss of business information, or other damages related to the use or inability to use the Service, even if the Service was warned of the possibility of such damage.

6.3. The total liability of the Service to the User shall under no circumstances exceed the amount paid by the User for use of the Service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1. The Service reserves the right to unilaterally change these Terms.

7.2. Changes are published on the Service at least 7 (seven) days before taking effect.

7.3. Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

8. Term and Termination

8.1. These Terms are effective from the moment of User acceptance and until their withdrawal by the Service or until the User stops using the Service.

8.2. The User may stop using the Service at any time, in which case they must cease using the Service and delete their account.

8.3. Upon termination of these Terms, the User's account may be deleted and access to certain Service features restricted.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. All disputes between the User and the Service shall be resolved through negotiation.

9.2. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law in the courts at the Service's location.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Service regarding use of the Service and supersede all previous agreements.

10.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

10.3. Failure to exercise any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10.4. The User confirms that they have read all provisions of the Terms, understand them, and accept them.
